High Temperature (Red Light) - Temperature is roughly 45 degrees Celsius
Mid Temperature (White Light) - Temperature is roughly 35 degrees Celcius
Low Temperature (Blue Light) - Temperature is roughly 25 degrees Celsius

Instructions For Use

Open the pocket and connect the USB A to a portable power bank (not included).
Press and hold the power switch for 3 seconds to start heating.
Lightly press on the power switch to shift between the 3 different temperature settings.
Press and hold the power switch or pull out the portable power bank to turn it off.
